ALL ABOUT FERTILIZAZATION

Fertilization is the process where a male cell (from pollen) joins with a female cell (an ovule) inside a flower to begin forming a seed. 🌸 Here’s how it works: Pollination happens first — pollen from the stamen (male part) lands on the pistil (female part). The pollen travels down the pistil’s tube to the ovary, where the ovules are located. One pollen cell joins (fuses) with an ovule — this is fertilization. The fertilized ovule becomes a seed, and the surrounding ovary turns into fruit. 🟢 Without fertilization, no seeds or fruit will grow.
